Mission: Since 2007 we have worked closely with SafeWork SA with the core mission to explore new campaign options and to subsequently monitor workplace safety campaign’s including ‘Look after your work mates’, ‘HomeComings’ and ‘Share your reasons.’ The latest campaign combined mass media with content sourced via a digital campaign of their own personal stories of who / what they need to stay safe at work. Key objectives have been to increase awareness of SafeWork SA, their role and encourage behaviour change to reduce workplace injury and ensure ‘safe, fair, productive working lives’ for South Australians.
Journey: Square Holes has provided focus group concept testing, ongoing survey monitoring as well as consulting and advice as to the best way forward and the impact of campaign activities.
Impact: Campaign development research has aided in ensuring effective campaigns are taken to market whilst campaign monitoring has demonstrated campaign impact, monitoring behaviours and identifying areas for focus and improvement. While measurable improvements have been made, Square Holes' support has largely being advice as to the challenge in shifting attitutdes and behaviours and the need for a strategic commitment to the important issue of workplace safety.
"Square Holes is great to work with. I have also had good feedback about the report, particularly about its easy to read format and lack of dense script, which really suited this project. Given the opportunity, I would happily recommend Square Holes to others. It’s been a pleasure."
